Saturday afternoon.
Mrs. Alvin Robb spent the
weekend in London with rela-
tives and on Monday attended
the Teacher's Convention there.
First Monday evening com-
pletely destroyed the barn on
the former- Bob Boak farm.
Susan McCharles of ClarkSon
spent the past week with her
grandparents Mr., and Mrs. Oliv-
er McCharles.
Kenneth MacKenzie recently
attending the stack sale at Sault
Ste. Harie.
Recent visitors in Detroit were
Mr. and Mrs. Pack McCrieght.

the official opening of the new
school at Kingsbridge on Sunday
afternoon.

patient in Victoria Hospital for

MRS. T. J.
Mrs. T. J. McMichael ,died at
her' home, 159 East street, Thurs-
day in her 87th year.
She was the former Margaret
E. Scott, daughter of the late
Christina McArter and Adam
Scott. She was born in Morris
Township and after he marriage
lived on the 3rd concession of
Hallett Township, later moving
to Auburn, then to Goderich.
She attended the Unfitted Holi-
ness Church.
Surviving are one son, Robert
Walton; two daughters, Evelyn
MCMICHAEL
at home and Mns. W. J. (Marj-
orie) Dale, Clinton. Her hus-
band died in 1959.
Funeral services were held
Saltiirday at Lodge funeral home
with the Rev. Samuel Miller
officiating, assisted by the Rev.
C. K. Carisle.
Pallbearers were Elwyn Jones,
Elmer Uniback, Stanrley Bean,
Leonard Rodges, Harold Allen
and Amos osbaldeSton, and flow-
erbearers were Wayne McMich-
ael, Don Glouaher, Murray Scott,
Stewart Dale, Olivier Itv right
and Elgin Penfound.
