Eve Myrtle Wicks, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Galen Wicks, Dres-
den, and Harold William Bet-
tger, on of Mre and Mrs. Harold

less floor -length gown of white sole, with matching accessories
satin -back crepe was styled witharidorchid corsage. The
empire waistline and bateau groom's mother wore a costume

After the reception, the cou-
ple left for a wedding trip to
the New England States. The
bride wore a three-piece leaf
green walking suit, with match-
ing hat and pale green Oyanbi,d-
ium orchid corsage.

Peter Bettger, Graderich, was
his brother's best Man. Lloyd
Skeoch, Toronto, Brian Turner,

ton, ushered the. guests.

the bride's mother chose cham-
pagne lace over aqua peau de.
neck. A chiffon coat with
monk's sleeves extended from
the shoulders intio a cathedral
train. She wore matching chif-
fon hood draped softly over a
tiny crystal crown etched in
seed pearls. She carried a col-
onial bouquet of variegated ger-
bera and baby's breath. '
Mrs. Ivan Hunter, sister of
the bride, was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Phyllis Daly,
London. Pamela Wicks and Re-
becca Wicks, Dresden, sisters

On Saturday, September 17,
Leslie -Anna Ruth Eustace be-
came the bride of John Alex-
ander Van der Meer in Central
United Church, Woodstock. The
bride's father, Rev. A. E. Eus-
tace, performed the double -ring
ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of
Rev. and Mrs. A. E. Eustace of
Woodstock. Groom's parents
are Mr. and "Mrs. Maurice Van
der Meer of Goderich.••:
Richard Eustace- 9gave his
sister in marriage. Her gown
was of Chantilly lace ovor crepe.
A wedding ring circlet caught
her fingertip veil of tulle and
she carried a bouquet of yellow
roses and white ,mums.
Barbara-Eustace of Toronto
was maid of honor, and brides-
maids we -Mrs. Richard Jack-
son azid "Judy Eustaceo Their•,
gowns of -Capri blue peau -de some-,
were styled on empire lines and
featured floating panels from
the shoulder. Pink roses and
mums formed their bouquets.
Edward WaIzak of Goderich
was best man. and guests were
ushered by Jan van Gardt and P.
Van der Meer.
For a -reception in the, church
hall, the bride's mother greeted
her guests in 'an aqua lace dress
and coat, silver blue mink stole,
matching accessories and a cor-
sage of pink roses: The groom's
mother was attired in a chocolate
colored two-piece silk suit. Or-
ange roses formed her corsage.
