Cornish EIeetfrc on esf stfe'ZFrC?onday night: The fire started when a used refrigerator shorted and ignited the wood floor on which the cord was laying. Damage to the store was very light as the small blaze only charred the front of a new refrigerator and did not harm the used one. j3ob Shrier of The Signal -Star staff first- noticed rstnoticed the fire and turned in the alarm before thevfire had a chance to make much head way. The greatest inC"onven- ience and expense will be as a result 'of the soot that settled throughout the. store. rich for this season. It mark- ed the 50th cargo to: be shipped from the Sifto Salt Mine this year. FOR..
