glican family,” - Mr. Brownlee
said, "is to make our theological
faculty self-supporting. If the
Anglican "family does not sup-
port our theological colleges,
who 'will? Here is one of the
essentials of the. Church. The
provincial government says, 'We
cannot contribute to the support
of theological or denominational
schools.' If we decided to make
our theological faculty self-sup-
porting, it would not be a great
task. Why should not the
bishops' letter on recruitment
for the ministry become the
