Saltford Community Club held
a euchre and "500" at Carlow
Hall on Saturday night. Prizt
winners were: "500" — ladies'
high, Mrs. Million; ladies' low,
Mrs. Aaron Fisher; gent's high,
Arnold Allin; gent's low, W.
Burroughs.
Euchre prize winners were:

Well, hockey fans, playoff•
time is here again: ' ¢u know;
an awful lot of ,work "behind the
scenes" goes , into the organ-
ization of the various leagues
in town. There are schedules
to be made, coaching time to
be given, transportation for out -
.of -town games and endless phone
calls to help .provide good com-
petition for the lads. These
gentlemen donate their time
without reservation and little
recognition' all winter.
One way the townsfolk ' of
Goderich could say a very wel-
oome "Thank You” would 'be
to attend the playoff games and
show these fellows you really
appreciate the good clean en-
tertainment they are providing
for the hockey players in God-
erich.
