Mait- land-Block"in Hpllett Township. She received her early -educa- tion at S.S. No. 9, Hullett. She was married 52- -years ,ago -to the late Peter Walper who pass- ed away 27 years ago. They had lived on their farm in Hul- lelt Township on the Auburn- burn road til moving to Au- burn 20 yer ago. She resid- .edi here in the village until four years ago when she went to Clinton.
