School for the Town. of Goderich,'was passed pn the 27th
day of May, 1960. • „
' AND TAKE FURTHER 'NOTICE that the said By -Law
was passedfor the purpose of borrowing moneys to pro-
vide 'for erecting, equipping and furnishing a three .room
school.
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the amount of
money to be borrowed for the provisions aforesaid, is the
sum of Eighty Thousand ($80,000.00) Dollars to be secured
by fifteen year debentures of the said Board dated the
15th day of July, 15060, and that the said sum of Eighty
Thousand ($80,000.00) Dollars to be borrowed pursuant
to the said By -Law, the interest thereon and the said
Dehetitosesoshallobt and are by the said BrLaw made a
charge upon the saidschool house proper y and all the-

upon all separate school rates of the said Board until the
