Late in the final period, John
Price, playing defence for ,the
Sailors, was given a five-minute
penalty for high -sticking Wood-

player sustained a cut that needed

night in hospital.
Pelee, who is from Falcbnbridge,
was sent to the Sailors by Detroit
Red Wings. Seems the Red Wings'
farm club, Burlington, ,is all filled
up, so the Wings had to send him
to another junior club in order to
keep him on, their protected list.
Bill Gallow, a product of the

scored two goals. Though Ron
Mason scored only one goal, he
contributed three assists for a total

Whip London 5-4
Goderich Sailors seemed to be
jinxed every time they played in
London last season; It seemed
almost impossible to win in the,
small Ontario Arena 'in that city.
The spell was broken Tuesday
night when Don Brown's overtime
goal enabled° 'th'e Sailors to trip
London Diamonds 5-4.
It was the Sailors' second game
of the season, and, they've won
