FLEMING , Widow of the rrst mayor of Windsor and a former resident of' Goderich, Mrs. Caroline Mattd Fleming died on Wednesday of last week at the home of her son, Donalii W. Fleming, Riverside, after a short illness. Born in Kingsville, Mrs. Flem- ing was educated there and in Toronto before moving to Windsor where she was married 64 years ago to Oscar E. Fleming. She and her husband had lived in Goderich for about .10 years after Mr. Fleming retired from his active life as a Windsor barrister until his death in 1944. Since then she brad lived at varying times in Goderich, Windsor and Toronto with members 01 her fam- ily. ..,,a� . She is 'aurvived by five sons and six daughters.
