Those who plan to visit 'the new Sheaffer plant are reminded that the structure marks the first .use of the Austin Company's "conVert- ible design" in an industrial plant, outside of ,the united States. Adop- tion of the design was based on a .desire to maintain the best 'possible working conditions at all times. Uniform glare -free lighting, is assured by liniiting windows to a narrow vision strip around the perimeter of the plant and the in- stallation of modern continuous fluorescent lighting in all the pro duction areas.
