Car Damaged
He said they told police they had

collided with their garage. But

avoid the victim'.
In passing jtidgment,Magistrate
Holmes noted that there had been
no evidence of great negligence on
the part of the accused. Mr. Don-
nelly recoMmended a monetary
penalty on both charges since- the
accused did not have a record, of
previous trouble.
