WEATHER AIDS CLEANING I COLBORINEL TOWNSHIP OOUZlt6IL
New Township Engineer Is Appointed;
1 HURON JUNIOR FARMERS
OF MUD BY FARIIIERS
Recent Spring-like weather has
made county road conditions ex-
cellent, thus enabling farmers to
have their seed grain and gravis
seed cleaning done much earlier
than- in previous years, reports the
Huron County Agricultural office.
Most seed -cleaning plants report
an orderly flow of business, which
should relieve the yearly rash for
seed cleaning services prior to
seeding.
Livestock continue to winter
well with most farmers having suf-
ficient quantities of feed to cover
the remainder of the feeding
period.
There appears to be adequate
supplies of seed -grain and grass -
seed in the area with the following
prices being general for varieties
listed: Red clover, 21c per lb. (bus.
lot); Brome grass, 30c, per lb..
Ladino clover (U.S.A. imp.) $1.60
per lb.; Canadian alfalfa, 24c per

Agricultural Hall and an argument
ensued over the 'activities of each
regarding the Dungannon Agricul-
tural Society. Damage to the door
was estimated by police to be
about 20 'dollars but Stewart said
only the lock was damaged.
About half the accidents in On-
