Wray also discussed highway safety and traffic regu- lations regarding farm trans- portation. He mentioned that the number of traffic charges laid by police is done for the public's own protec- tion. "You have to lay these charges or your accidents can't be con- tained,", he said. "The more we lay the Less accidents we have," the constable added. Const. Wray went through a pamphlet on farm transportation highway regulations and urged the meeting to follow them. "It does .pay to stay within the limits o what the Highway Traffic Act says," Const. Wray stated.
