What the public considers routine in medical ;care would Bhang

regular health care, Dr. Mills said.
A person might not be ableto` see the doctor of his choice if healcare is restructured according to task force proposals, he said.
A person woult have to go to a medical clinic whets a monist
or secretarywould refer him to a doctor or even another agency, enc tie'
said.
Clinics would be centered to serve populations of- 15,000.
Dr. Mills speculated that such a clinic might be centred in Clinton.
Thus, a person might not be able to see a doctor in Goderich, he said.
The report proposes that transportation of :persons going to :and
from clinics be paid by the province. This would increase health Care
costs, Dr. Mills said.
Doctors would be told where they could have practices under the
proposals, he noted.
Doctors' hours would be regulated in such a way that they would
work on shifts resembling those' of assembly line workers in a large
factory, Dr. Mills said, and the government would tell them when they
could work.
