French° and Physical Education,
in a branch of Hamilton Central
Collegiate.
• In ' 1927, she married Walter
Uffelxnan. of 'Waterloo in Preston,
and they lived in' Montreal for
five years. On their return to
Toronto, Mr. Uffelman, new
retired, was a chemist with the
Dunlop Rubber Company.
Mrs. Uffelman was a tireless
worker on the executive of the
"Dominion Board of the Women's
MISSiQnary Society and later the
United Church Women pf the
Timothy Eaton Memorial Chapel
where both were. valued mem-
bers of :the. congregation.
Besides' her husband, she is
survived by one daughter, Mrs.
It. H. (Ann) . Bollman of North
Bay -one son, :Ward of Woodstock
and three young. grandsons of
Woodstock. There is also 'one
sister, Mrs. Walter • Krug hof
Wingham .and one brother,
Charles R. Mothers of
Willowdale. Predeceased were
two brothers, ' N. Graham
(Foothill) and ..A. Sherlock,,
formerly of Toronto, • •
