The death occiuTed Sunday,
May 26, at his home in Wingham,
of William Sorrill, aged 70 years.
Mr. Sorrill was born in England
and Was a retired construction
Surviving are his wife, the
former Margaret Atkinson; three
. sons, David of Ottawa, Phillip of
London and Jack of St. Thomas;
two daughters, Mrs. Hans (Vida)
Spring of London and Mrs. Glen
(Diana) Helkaa of Ballinafad,
Ontario; and nine grandchildren.
Also surviving are two brothers,
Arthur and Eric, and two sisters,
Clara and Emma, all in England.
Funeral service was held
yesterday (Wednesday) at the
Mount Pleasant Cemetery
ChaPel, London, at 10:30 a.m.
with cremation following., The S.
'J. Walker Funeral Home, Wing -
ham, Was in charge of arrange-
ments.
