Miss Carol Anne Richards and
Bill Richards of London spent the
weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Aus-

Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Goldrich,
Grant and Paula of Guelph were
Sunday guests with Mr. and a Mrs,
Anson Demerling. Mrs. Goldrich,
Grant and Paula are sending a
few days holidays this week with
the former's parents.

Sharon of Cambridge visited
Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs.
Earl Moore.

lingwood visited on Friday with

Walter Harrifield is confined to
Walkerton Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Armstrong
visited Thursday with Mr. and
Mrs. David Schneider in Kit-
chener. Master Mark Schneider
returned home with his grand-
parents until Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Johnston
spent the weekend with Mr. and
Mrs. John Fairclough at Newton,

institute met at the Irate of Mrs..
William Wright for the regular
meeting on March 12. Sixteen
ladies enjoyed a delicious: lunch-
eon at 12:30.
The meeting was called to
order at 2:30 by Mrs. Ron Mc-
Michael, who read a poem en-
titled, "Think".. The opening Ode
was followed by the Institute
Creed. The roll call was an enjoy"
able part -of the meeting as every-
one answered with a joke.
Mrs. I . Jennings gave the
motto* "The Ocean Divides but
the W.I. Unites".
Business of the day included
notice of a. food forum in Clinton
and a Skate-a-thon in Belmore.
A list of nominees for offices for
the following year was read by
Mrs. D. Dickison.
Following a review of the April
meeting, the ladies closed the
meeting, thanking the hostess
and the committee in charge.
