Then there was a knotting challenge and • those Scouts who had their ropes put on the boots and coats and went out- side to answer it. The object was to tie specified knots and then pull a counsellor over a finishing line. The Cobra Patrol *on. Then the Scouts ran around the block and went inside to warm up. The flag was lowered and the Scouts went home. Last month the Honour Staff was won by Thunder Patrol but this month it went to the Cobra Patrol.
