Debbie Hull's 205 and 362 were
high single and double for the
girls; for the boys it was Donnie
MacLennan with 197 and 326.

game.

CREPE SUZETTES
BELGRAVE — Marlene Mc-
Gee was hostess when the mem-
bers met at her home. Each girl
made menus for two different
meals. They are to set the table
for breakfast and supper and
illustrate the settings in their re-
cord books. , The leaders dis-
cussed different table settings
with the girls.
Helen Chandler demonstrated,
the making of chocolate fondue
and all enjoyed dipping marsh-
mallows into the delicious mix-
ture, ix-
ture,
For the next fneeting the girls
will invite their mothers to the
buffet supper at the home of Alice
Beecroft.

DELMORE CLUB
The seventh meeting was held
.at the home of Jacinta Kieffer on
October 17th. Plans were made
for the eighth meeting, a buffet
supper with mothers as guests.
Mrs. MacAdam disussed table
settings for various meals. Grace
Jeffray and Jacinta Kieffer made
cheese and chocolate fondue. For
lunch French bread was dipped
in the cheese fondue and angel
cake, marshmallows and fruits
were dipped in the chocolate fon-
due.
BURN-ME-NOTS
BELMORE -- The final meet-
ing of the Belmore 11 Club was
held at the home of Brenda Fin-
lay. Myra Dane, the president,
presided and Ruth Hastings read
the minutes.
Bridge results
The Howell system was used.
First, Mr, and Mrs. C. Hodgins;
second, W. French and 13. Ort-
lieb; .third, Mrs. R. Lloyd and
Mrs. H. Fisher..
The meeting took the formof a
buffet supper. Each of the mem.►,.-
bens took .a dish which they -had
prepared themselves. •
The 'meat was delicious and
everyone thought this was a great
climax to an interesting project..
