performed by Canon Craig in
Grace Church on the Hill (Angli-
can) , Lonsdale Road, Toronto, at
high noon on Saturday, August 26.
Floral arrangements in yellow
and white adorned the altar and
guest pews were marked rith
white bows.
Dr. D. Holman was organist
and the soloist, Stephen Jones of
Wingham, sang "God of Love,
God of Goodness". •
The groom is the son of Mrs.
William B. Conron of Wingham
and the late Mr. Conron. Parents

Given in marriage by her fath-
er, the bride was gowned in a
floor -length dress made by her
grandmother. It was white flock-
ed nylon over white satin and fea-
tured an empire waistline, bell-
shaped long sleeves' and a long
train. She carried a moon-shaped
bouquet of white tea roses and
pink carnations.
Miss Janet Ray of . Lumsden,
Sask., , was maid of honor and
bridesmaids were Miss Gwen
Ashby of Port Hope and Miss Gil-
lian Hedger of Oakvillg. They
were gowned alike in floor -length
turquoise dresses with round
necklines and short puffed
sleeves. A dainty floral ,trim in
shades of yellow, pink and white,
enhanced the neckline and the
empire waistline. The maid of
honor carried a nosegay of yellow
daisies and pink carnations. The
bridesmaids' flowers were yellow
daisies and white carnations.
Larry McDonald of Wingham
was groomsman and guests were
ushered by Douglas Malvern of
Brantford and Robert Wilson of
Niagara Falls.
Following the ceremony a re-
ception was held at "The
Noshery", Egiinton Ave., Toxon,
to, where bud vases of white, yet -
low and pink flowers enhanced
the guest tables
Receiving t1e guests, the
bride's mother wore a dress pf,
navy blue with orange polkadotS :
The dress featured a pleated skirt
and three-quarter length jacket
and with it she wore a corsage of
orange tea roses. The groom's
mother chose a champagne linen
costume with black accessories
and a corsage of pink carnations
and rosea.
For a wedding trip to Hunts-
ville the bride changed to.a .wine
and white dress and jacket en-
semble also made by her grand-
mother. White accessories %com-
plemented her costume.
Mr. and Mrs. Conron will re-
side in Waterloo. The groom is in
his fourth year Optometry at the
University of Waterloo and the
bride is taking Biology and enter-
ing her fourth year at the same
university.

of Ancaster on Saturday, August
19. Rev. Root of Watford and
Archdeacon Brillinger -of An -
caster officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. R. G. Casemore of Wat-
ford. Parents of the groom are
Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Campbell of
Ancaster. Mr. Casemore gave his
daughter in marriage. "
The bridal gown • was ,white
polyester satin with a' cathedral-
length veil. She carried a cascade
bouquet of pink roses.
The. groom's sister, Mrs. Guy
Gagne of Hamilton, was matron
of honor. and another sister,
Nancy Campbell of Ancaster,
was bridesmaid. Junior brides-
maids were sisters of the • bridal
couple, Susan Campbell of An -
caster and Kimberly Casemore
of Watford. They, were gowned
alike in long dresses 'of polyester
sheer in shades of white, pink and
mauve. Each dress featured an
empire waistline and long.

they will reside in Toronto.
The bride is a 1971 graduate of
the Hamilton Civic School of
Nursing and has accepted a posi-
tion at the Hospital for Sick ,Chil-
dren in Toronto. The groom re-
ceived his BA. degree from
Brock University and will enter
Trinity College in Toronto in Sep-
tember.

of Carolyn Jean Adams to James
M. Smith. Rev. McClenaghan of-
ficiated, assisted by pastor Karel
deKoeijer.
Parents of the couple are. Mr.
and Mrs. Robert Adams of RR 5,
Lucknow, and Mr. and Mrs. Rob-
ert Smith of Goderich.
Mrs. Garnet Farrier, organist,
accompanied Mrs. Mary Lou
Barger of Lucknow 'who sang
:'The Lord's Prayer" and "p
Perfect Love".
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride wore a floor -
length gown of peau de sole with a
wide lace panel accentingthe
front .bodice. She carried a bou-
quet of gardenias, white roses
and stephanotis.
Matron of honor was Mrs. An-
drea Gaunt of Exeter, sistef of
the pride. Another sister, Miss
Mary Lou Adams, Miss Jane
Smith, sister of the groom, and
Miss Iris Miller were brides-
maids. They wore floor -length
gowns of pastel flowered chiffon.
White hats completed their en-
sembles and they carried baskets
of white daisies.

couple left on a honeymoon in

D'Arcey held a shower Sunday in
honor of her niece, Miss Doreen
Heinmiller, a •bride -elect of next
month. Approximately 45 rela-
