On Saturday at Bradnoc, near Morriston, the 42nd Kennedy re- union was held. Attending were J. D. Durnin, West Wawanosh; Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Durnin, Mrs. Lizzie MacCallum, Lucknow; Jim McIntosh and Miss Annie Kennedy of Wingham; Mr. and Mrs. Roy McInnes and Mrs. Ruby Cranston of Goderich; Mr. and Mrs. George Kennedy, Luck - now; John Kennedy of Hamilton; Ken Purvis, Miss Marjorie Pur- vis, Mrs. Bolt and Mrs. Irwin of Mitchell. There was an attend- ance of around 65. George Kennedy was elected president for 1Q72 Micc Margaret Mc Cluskey of Guelph, a former sec- retary, acted in the absence of Bill Kennedy, who was a patient in Westminster Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Conn on Slfnday attended Masonic serv- ices at Wingham. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Elliott, Karen, Barry, and Mrs. Gordon Elliott of Wingham on Saturday attened the Elliott family reunion and picnic at Ingersoll. David Elliott, last week at school while umpiring a ball game was injured when struck by a baseball bat. The bat cracked. the bone in his upper arm, so now David is wearing a cast. Congratulations to the follow- ing students who have passed without writing exams: Ruth Elliott, Jape and Paul Laidlaw, Mary Lou Wall, Joyce Tiffin, Gayle Rintoul, Douglas Ross, Jim and Cecil DeBoer and Janet Mr. and Mrs. Rill Evans on Sunday attended anniversary services at South Kinloss where a large crowd was in attendance. There will be no church service or Sunday School at Chalmers Presbyterian Church on Sunday, June 18, as it is the occasion of anniversary services at the United Church. Service is also cancelled on Sunday, June 25, for anniversary service at Langside with Rev. W. Henderson as guest speaker. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Neil Rintoul on the arrival of a baby boy Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital, London. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bott of Bel - wood were weekend visitors with her mother, Mrs. Robert Purdon of Belgrave, Mr. and Mrs. Archie Purdon and family, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Rintoul and family and other relatives, Mia, Juaiui Laiulaw, Reg.
