union was held. Attending were J.

Jim McIntosh and Miss Annie
Kennedy of Wingham; Mr. and
Mrs. Roy McInnes and Mrs.
Ruby Cranston of Goderich; Mr.
and Mrs. George Kennedy, Luck -
now; John Kennedy of Hamilton;
Ken Purvis, Miss Marjorie Pur-
vis, Mrs. Bolt and Mrs. Irwin of
Mitchell. There was an attend-
ance of around 65. George
Kennedy was elected president

Cluskey of Guelph, a former sec-
retary, acted in the absence of
Bill Kennedy, who was a patient
in Westminster Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Conn on
Slfnday attended Masonic serv-
ices at Wingham.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Elliott,
Karen, Barry, and Mrs. Gordon
Elliott of Wingham on Saturday
attened the Elliott family reunion
and picnic at Ingersoll.
David Elliott, last week at
school while umpiring a ball
game was injured when struck by
a baseball bat. The bat cracked.
the bone in his upper arm, so now
David is wearing a cast.

large crowd was in attendance.
There will be no church service
or Sunday School at Chalmers
Presbyterian Church on Sunday,
June 18, as it is the occasion of
anniversary services at the
United Church. Service is also
cancelled on Sunday, June 25, for
anniversary service at Langside
with Rev. W. Henderson as guest
speaker.

of a baby boy Sunday at St.
Joseph's Hospital, London.
