Mill rates set by Moms Council Students compete at music festival Fifteen -hundred musicians, armed with guitars and acco ions will vie for more than $10,000 in prizes and trophies at the Canadian Music Leagues' Music Festival being held at the Royal York Hotel, Toronto, July 16th to 19th. Competitions are scheduled between 8.30 a. m. and 9.30 p. m., with breaks in between' for tours of the Toronto area. Ross K.
