Miss Barbara White of Wing-
ham was organist and Mrs. Lynn
Hickey, soloist sang "On This
Day, 0 Beautiful Mother" and
"0 God Of Loveliness".
A reception was held at the '
bride's home for the immedi-
ate family and close friends.
Guests were received as they
arrived brthe bride's mother

mums.
The groom's mother was at-

School and is employed on the

Prior to the marriage a mis-
cellaneous shower was held at
the Odd Fellows Hall attended
by friends; neighbours and
relatives. Sharon was the re-
cipient of many lovely gifts.

Mrs. Judy Hickey and Miss

en In her honor at the home of
Miss Edna Mitchell of Alfred
Street. The bride -elect's fel-

Guests from Tilbury, Wrox-
eter, Kitchener, Lucknow,
Wingham, Guelph and St. Clair,
Mich. , attended the party at
the Legion Home recently for
Mr. and Mrs. Herman Metcalfe
when they were entertained by
their family in horror of their
25th wedding anniversary.
They have five daughters
and five sons: Mrs. G or d on
(Anna May) Congram and Mrs.
Bob (Evelyn) Leachman both of
Wingham, Mrs. Godfrey (Linda)
Stroeder sof Kitchener, Joanne
and Patricia at home, Harold
of Wingham, Robert, David,
Billy and Ivan, ail at home.
• There are four grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Metcalfe have
lived on the 10th of Turnberry
since they were married 25
years ago.
