The show drew a, crowd est%nat ed at over 600 people. Skating with the youthful' members several times were club professionals David Thom- as and; Harold Brooks, The show was sanctioned 'by the Canadian Figure Skating .Association, Backed by the hard work:of the club executive and the.parents. theshow was produced with a colorfni, array of costumes and excellent set at the end of the arena,. Colored bulbs along the boards at ice° level added. wonderful atmosphere for the event. WINS TROPHY Kim Mellor was the winner of the coveted,,Marguerite Burt rel% Trophy, which is presented annually to the skater showing the most improvement, person- ality and all-round help to the Figure Skating Club during"the year. Club president Roy Ben- nett made the,presentation and • ,Kim was presented with an in- dividual trophy by the club's treasurer, Mrs. Harold Wild: Kim was also the Queen of the show.. �.
