Hate mail mars vote GODHRICH - The wind- up of the municipal election campaign in Goderich was somewhat upstaged by a hate mail -ampaign: Goderich Police Chief ' Pat King reported that several election can- didates, business people and citizens in town had received a controversial letter in the mail. "These people received an envelope and inside was a piece of paper with a face on it and 'an ob- scerlity in reference to the candidate," he reported.
