Try a different dessert
BARFEE
1 package of whipping cream
1/2 tsp. crushed G.ardomom seeds
3/ cup sugar
3/4 cup Carnation milk powder
Almonds, pistachio, saffron
Bring the cream to a boil.
Switch off and add crushed cardamom seeds
Add sugar and stir
Gradually add Carnation milk powder, stirring
all the time to a thick mixture.
Place on a greased plate. Add almonds,
pistachio and saffron. Refrigerate.
Remove after 15 minutes. Cut into pieces and

CHOCOLATE ROULADE
Ingredients:
1- 6 oz. pkg. semi -sweet chocolate chips
4 tblsp. water
5 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
,4 tblsp. Grand Marnier
Confectioners Sugar
Whipping cream (11/2 cups)
Method:
Line a 15 inch x 10 inch jelly roll pan with wax
paper. Grease the paper. Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Melt chocolate in the water over low
heat. Cool. Beat yolks with sugar for five
minutes. Beat egg whites until= s1iff75.1'r eo
chocolate into yolk mixture. Fold in whites as
lightly as possible. Spread in the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with two tblsp. Grand MV,iarnier.
Wring out a clean dish tawerin cold water.
Cover the roulade with the towel. Lea% for 24
hours.
Sprinkle a sheet of wax paper with sifted
confectioner's sugar. Remove cloth from the
roulade and turn upside town on the wax paper.
Remove the pan and paper attached to the
.roulade.
Beat whipping cream and 2 tblsp. Grand
Marnier until stiff. Spread Over the roulade. Roll
up like a jelly roll. Serve.
It is unbelievably delicate!
