Bake •a batch
of brownies
CRISPY BROWNIES
1/2 cup butter
1 cup firro.ly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Tea-Bisk
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup semi -sweet chocolate chips
2 cups Rice Krispies
Cream together 1/2 cup butter and brown
sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir together
Tea-13isk-and_cocoa; add to cream mixture and
combine well. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan
and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or till
just done. Do not overbake. Melt butter and
chocolate together over low heat. Remove from
heat and stir in Rice Krispies, mixing till well
coated. Spread over brownie mixture and
refrigerate until set. Cut into squares and store
in refrigerator.
