The charges resulted from a July 20 incident at the main intersection of Seaforth after the mayor compla nett to Constable' Peter Van Meekeren that -a. group of people were throwing a Frisbee and smashing beer bottles on -the street. The constable was attempting to disperse the group when the shouting started, which led to the charges.
