TAKE NOTICE THAT:
1. The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Tuckersmith intends to apply to the Ontario Municipal
Board for approval of By -Law No. 11-1980 a by-law to
amend By-law No. 40-1974 authorizing a debenture
issue of 930,000.00 over 20 years at '9%% for the
acquisition of an auditorium, arena an.dswimming pool
at the community known as Vanastra in the said town-
ship.
2. By-law No. 40-1974 authorized the levy of such deben-
tures to be made on -all the rateable property in the
Township of Tuckersmith..
Amending By-law No. 11-1980 if approved would
restrict such levy to the rateable property ' in the
Hamlet of Vanastra which Hamlet is composed of all
the lands and premises on Registered Plans 22 and 23 in
the Registry Division of Huron. ..
Any ratepayer may within twenty-one days after the
first publication of this notice serve personally or by
registered mail on the Clerk of the Township of Tucker -
smith at the address given below a notice .in writing
stating his objection to such amendment and his
reasons therefore and if a public hearing is held he or
his representative will attend such hearing to support
such objection '
3. The Ontario Municipal Board may approve of the said
amendment, but before doing so it may appoint a time
and place for a public hearing when any objections will
be considered, but notice of such hearing will be given
to only those persons who have given notice of objec-
tion as provided for above.
