SALMON PARTY LOG
1 8 -oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 1-1b. can red salmon
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
chopped parsley
chopped pecans
Drain and flake salmon, combine with
remaining ingredients except parsley and
pecans. Shape into log. Pat pecans onto surface
and cover with chopped parsley. Chill several
hours and serve with crackers.
