Even though it's been condemned and on its last legs, the hot weather recently
attracted a big crowd to the Clinton swimming pool, even on a cooler day like
last Monday, as this picture depicts. A new pool is supposed to be constructed,
but the goyernment has thrown a monkey wrench into the works -and says they
may cut off $100,000 in grants if the townspeople don't show overwhelming
support of the $200,000 proposal.(News-Record photo)
