Friday evening June 29, over 100 guests came to the Rebecca's and Oddfejlows Hall to help Joe and Sarah Storey celebrate their r45th wedding an- niversary. The couple were happy to have join them on this happy oc- casion their maid of honour, Mrs. Wallace (Mary Caldwell) McDougall . of Lon- t,desboro, ,and best man' Mr. ,Edgar Howatt of Westfield. The * guests danced -to ..music- of "All ' in a -.. Family" including Marie Flynn, Earle Flynn, Norman .Dale, Diane Dale, Ken Dale, Jack Storey, Sandra Dale-. During the ' evening., Debbie Flynn favoured the guests with her step dancing and Pauline :-Webster .:•also' step --dan- ced. Lisa - Storey- -sang- several songs. Guests were present from. London, Stratford, Blyth, Milverton, Dor- chester and Calgary. Following the dance, the 'guests were feted to a delicious lunch and an- niversary cake served by the ladies of the ACW of St. James Church, Middleton. Personals _ Good to hear John Brand is home from hospital and may we wish the others on the ninth who have .not been just the best,.get well wishes. Brenda and Harvey Cleave, Danny and Kerry of Matheson were horde with Edward and Lois. Wise for the past week visiting friends and datives in the area. Janice Middleton ' is • now working ,for the Canadian Press; Toronto. Congratulations Janice. Mrs. Fred Middleton,.
