Helpful Hints
Before you throw away
blue jeans, cut out the
good portions. When
enough of the patches
have been saved, sew
them together to make a
sturdy beach blanket.
To make an attractive
washable case for
sunglasses, fold a pretty
potholder in half, stitch
across the bottom and up
one side.
If synthetic fibre
threads unwind too
quickly and wrap around
your sewing machine
spindle, encase the spool
in a one -inch -wide ring
cut from a toilet paper
roll. This will control the
flow of the thread. Slip
the ring over the spool.
Thread the machine, with
the thread coming over
the top rim of the card-
board ring. The flow of
the thread will be slowed.

No one else can say that.
No one else has color like the new Magnavox
Computer Color 330. Canada's two best-selling
color TV's can reproduce only up to 260 lines of
horizontal resolution.
The new Magnavox Computer Color 330 con
reproduce 330 lines of horizontal resolution.
That's an increase of 25°°. And it delivers a color
picture that's 25°° sharper, crisper, and clearer'.
This brand-new, all -electronic color system also
completely eliminates the problem of ';cross
color," when colors blur or run together. So, you
can see the detail of a plaid suit or a pinstripe
shirt like you've never seen it on a television
screen.
At Pete's T.V., we can show you the difference
between conventional color TV's and the new
Computer Color 330. The difference is so obvious,
you'll want Magnavox.
