Highway 21 contract given Transportation and Communications Minister James Snow has announced the award of a contract for Highway 21 in the Bayfield area. The contract is for resurfacing on Highway 21 from Highway 84, St. Joseph, northerly—t4 Bayfield south limits for 15.9 km. Work on the project is scheduled to begin in May 1979 with completion set for mid -summer, 1979. The contract is awarded to Towland London (1970) 'Limited, of London, Ontario at a cost of $348,975. Brucefield man given postion John W. Henderson of R.R. 1, Brucefield, was elected Grand Treasurer of the Grand Black Chapter of Ontario West of the Royal Black Knights at the 103rd annual session held in Burlington last week. Wayne Smith of Hensall was elected a committeeman. Both men belong to Jubilee 161 of the Local Preceptory in Clinton, along with other mem- bers from Seaforth, Goderich and Clinton.
