Clinton last Wednesday 15
people were found guilty on
individual charges of having
open liquor in a motor
vehicle.
Fines of $54 each were
given to John McMahon,
Randall Mitchell, Darrel
Dodson, Robert Layton, Glen
Dale, Kevin Cunningham,
Glenn Anderson, Lawrence
Pole, Carman Bernard, Mark
Bell, Robert Layton, David
Brodie, Tony Vandyke, Henry
Roesch and Donald Douglas
Smith.
In other cases, B. Terrence
McClinchey was found guilty
on two counts of failure to file
income tax and as a result he
was fined $28 for each charge.

John Andrew Davies was
fined $30 for speeding while
John Reiwink, in another
speeding charge, was fined
$16.
Paul Nigh was charged
with a failure to produce a
driver's licence and was fined
$28. A $28 fine was also issued
to John Sproul for failing to
yield. Jacqueleen Barnes was
fined $28 for making an im-
proper turn and Cornelis
Kuiper Sr., was fined $28 for
failure to yield in a private
drive.
Gordon Matters was found
guilty of not having a
validated permit for his
motor vehicle and was fined
$28.
