The Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association reported the finals in public speaking in the schools will be held at St_ Patrick's School, Dublin, on March9at7p.m. The board will not transfer its bank account from the Seaforth branch of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce to the Dublin branch as requested by the Dublin manager because there are no advantages at this time.
