olts open next week
The Huron -Perth Inter-
mediate Basebali league will
open its 1977 season on May 15
and the Clinton ``Colts will be
playing their first game in
Dashwood on May 20.
The Colts, along with the
Dashwood Tigers,,, ,_,.the
Crediton Mets, augmented
by several players trorn the
now defunct. Zurich team and
the recently accepted
Thorndale team, will be
seeing a lot of action this
summer as they will meet
with four London junior
teams and junior teams from
Sarnia and Strathroy.
The interlocking schedule
will allow both leagues to play
more games since the Huron -
Perth club will not be in-
volved in the WOAA this year.
The Clinton Colts have not
signed any players yet, but
according to manager Larry
Reinhart the team lineup will
be much the same as last
year with a few additions.

'coach for the Colts and the
team's schedule is now in the
process of being prepared.
DON'T
BURN
CANADA'S
FORESTS!
Save electricity,
save money.
There are two ways
saving electricity can save
money.
First, the obvious one.
The less you use, the less
you have to pay for. And to-
day, electricity is simply too
valuable to waste.
Second, something
not so obvious. Ontario uses
more and more power every
year. This means an ever
increasing investment in plant
and equipment... and their,
cost is rising rapidly. The cost
of fuels is also increasing
rapidly. These costs inevitably
show up in the price you pay
for electricity.
You can help to slow
down the growing demand
by using electricity wisely.
Don't waste it.
Conserve energy.
The future depends on it.
