CLINTON NEWS+RECORD, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10:1977 .PAgg.40,
TheCNR's snowblower stands silent Saturday, after a broken line switch prevented its
movement. The blower, which. is large enough to handle 40 tons of snow in an hour, helped
to clear the CNR track between Clinton and Goderich. A snow plow and six engines spent
most of the weekend near Holmesville after getting stuck in snowdrifts as -high as 20 feet.
