Recovering their form after a disappointing tournament in Exeter two weeks ago in which the team suffered its first loss of the regular season, the CHSS Senior Redmen Volleyball team posted a 4-4 wins and losses record at kthe Huron -Perth championship in Mitchell last Thursday. The team won third place in the tournament. with four other teams competing. Although they did not gain a berth at the upcoming W.O.S.S.A. championships, the team was not disap- pointed with their showing, as they easily defeated Stratford Northwestern and Wingham, and were only edged out of second place by scores of 15-7 and 15-13 in a closely con- tested match against St. Marys. Ironically, the team played best against Listowel, . the eventual winners of the tournament and the best team participating. Although the Score (15-7) doesn't indicate it, our second game against this team was our best of the season and one of the best of any of the games played in the tournament.
