Mr. and Mrs. Allen McCall, Walton attended church here Sunday morning and then visited with his sister, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Snell. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Burns visited her mother Mrs. Annie Cook on Thursday at the Southampton nursing home. She took a stroke on Sunday night and they visited her again at the Southampton hospital on Monday. We wish her a speedy recovery. The Lopdesboro Ladies were beaten by Vanastra 32- 12 on Tuesday, July 27. Judy Foster was pitcher and Louise Lovett was catcher. On Wednesday, July 28. the Londesboro boys were beaten by Benmiller, 19-10, and the Londesboro girls were beaten by Holmesville 19-9. On Thursday, July ' 29. Londesboro was beaten by the 13th with a score of 39-12. The Commission is presently satisfied that the signal provided is of satisfactory quality. However. should any impairment result, the licensee must undertake immediate remedial action or must apply for CRTC authority to distribute the signal of this station on an appropriate basic service channel. The proposed distribution of CFCA-FM Kitchener, On- tario on a television channel is contrary to the Com- mission's cable television policy and is, therefore, DENIED. The allocation of signals on the FM service is AP- PROVED with the following exceptions. • Consistent with the cable television policy and the prin- ciples set out in the Commission's Public Announcement of July 19, 1976, the carriage of CJOM-FM Windsor, On- tario is DENIED.
