Seeing Canada ,from
Clinton to Vancouver and
back is something Tim
Jewson has managed. Much
of the seeing was an aerial
eye view from the plane. Tim
first worked on a farm in
Wembley, north-western
Alberta -then after hitcl king..
through Lake Louise and
Banff and on to Vancouver he
flew.back to Clinton.
While in Vancouver Tim
stayed out at West Point Grey
near the University and now
he is back, one of his par-
ticular memories about that
Evergreen Playground was
the view from that part of
Vancouver looking across to
the mountains - beautiful day
or night. Makes all you ex-
Vancouverites homesick,
doesn't it?

home after a week's vacation
in Cooperstown, New York as
guests of my Uncle Harry

we saw each other in 33 years.
It was a very happy reunion
and also meeting with a
cousin for the first time.
We visited -the -cFarmers
Museum in Cooperstown
which took in: a good three
hours of walking. This was
very interesting to see all the
old machinery, broom
making, shingle making, fire
fighting equipment of
yesteryear, right back to man
drawn fire trucks. They had a
school, hotel, church, old
farm house and barn and
even had •ginger - bread
cooked on the open fire. A
lawyer's office. doctor's
office, blacksmith shop and
stores, each in a separate
building. made them look just
like they were when each was
in use.
