The 4-11 Garden Clubs of this
area held their Achievement
Day in the cafeteria of Clinton
High School on Wedinesday,
Aug. 20. Record books were
displayed, and each girl
showed an arrangement of
flowers from the four varieties
they were required to grow.
Each club prepared a display of
vegetables. Commentator for
the Varna Club's project, "Aids
to Gardening"' was Mary -Ann
Verhulst, assisted by Laura
Taman. Dianne Consitt and
Kathy Peck received County
Honours for completing six
projects.
