United Church, Wesley -Willis United Church, and Holmesville
jai ted, Church converged in the church hall of Ontario Street
United Church to celebrate the 50th anniversary union of the
Presbyterian, Congregational and Methodist churches which
combined to form the United Church on June 10. 1925. Rev.
John Oestreicher 'of. Wesley-Willla United Church(on stage at
left) and Rev. Lawrence Lewis of the Ontario ,Street United
Church (on stage at right) are shown with the individuals who
were members of the original congregations at the time of the
