No one can ever tell.
Your end came sad and sudden,
No time to say good-bye,
You were gone before we knew it
Only God knows the reason why.

Two working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to

He only takes the best.

United Church Notes
At the Sunday church ser-
vice, Rev. Alex Taylor gave a
report on London Conference,
which he attended in Windsor
last week. He stressed the
change from former years to
informality in dress and
program, with some messages
being effectively presented
through music and drama.
Because most reports are
prepared by committees before
Conferenee convenes, there is
often lively discussion. A
deeper interest in evangelism
and spiritual life is reported
throughout our church.
For the past year, Rev.
Taylor has been in Varna by
appointment because of the
small number of families on the
Varna -Goshen Charge,. We are
happy to hear that Conference
PENHALE: We wish to say a

us in our recent bereavement.
