The meeting MIS' opened with the sing -7
ing of a hymn, followed by prayer by -
the president, Mrs, R. J. Howard, who
also presided over -the business period.
-Mrs. C. :V. Robertson, reporting for
commtmity friendship, said that
twenty-three calls had been made on
the sick and shut-ins. Plans were dis-
cussed for a special speaker to be in-
vited to address the Easter , thank -
offering meeting on Tuesday, April 1st.
It- was also- decided 'to have a speaker
from the W.M.S.-•address the Sunday
school mice a month on missionary
work. An invitation Ls being extended
by the C.G.I.T. girls to join with
them at their affiliation, Meeting on
March 21st. Miss. Campbell then took

Scripture lesson, taken from the wor-
