Master George Dawaon returned
home the latter part of the weep after
a few days• spent in Alexandra Hos-
pital, Goderich. George . had been
getting -repeatedly a very high temper-,
ature, without any .apparent cause,
which was alarming td his parents.
Jia received penicillen at the hospital,
which seemed, to counteract the trouble,
and we are glad to know he, is more
like himself.

of Luelkuow has' been the capable min-
ister in charge for twenty years. The
guest speaker for ,the' day was Rev.
Alex. Ninn po of the Wingham .Presby-
terian church, who• gave two Splendid
sermons. Mr. Nimnio recalled ' days
spent in Dungannon, Ireland, from
which anis place gets its name. He
being of Irfsh birth, it sti happened
that when he was a young man ,be
was employed 'i in J ungannon, Ireland,
for four years. He said it was a very
picturesque little place. Lovely eitrlY
summer flowers decorated 'the altar
and the electric lighting recently6in-
str sled made a bright atmosphere. The
it was assisted by Mr. Glen Lodge,
of Goderich, who also sang a solo at
each service, with Mr. Sheldon Baxter,
also 'of Goderich, playing the accom-
paniment at the organ. Mrs. H.
Stothers, organist, played the hymns
and volutaries. Mrs. Allan heed and
Miss Helen Stothers sang duet' parts
in the anthem,' "Near to the Heart of
God." Rev. Mr.-Niinmo was assisted
4h. the evening by Rev. W. J. Rogers,
and the curate of 'St. Paul's Anglican
church, Mr. Wyatt, pronounced the
benediction at the latter service.

Mrs. Richard Walton died suddenly
at her home in Minton on Saturday
morning. in her seventy-eighth year.
Her husband predeceased her and .she
is • survived by one son, Ernest, of
Clinton, and two daughters, Mrs. Mor-
ley Jordan, of,.,Clinton, and Mrs. P.
Fraser, of Riverside.
Mrs. Mary Phelan died on Sunday
at the home of her son, James Phelan;
Morris township, after an illness of
several months. f3he was in her eighty-
third year. :Widow of William Phelan;
she is survived by three sons, Rev. W.,
J. Phelan, , 0f London, Rev. ' ,Louis
Phelan, of St. Augustine, and Thomas,
of Saginaw, and . two daughters, Mrs.
William Lane, of Dublin, and Sister
St. Leonard, of the Order of St. Joseph,
at Seaforth. Patrick Phelan,. of Gode-

Roy McVittie, of aEst Wawanosh, took
place at the home of the bride's par-

cousin of the bride, officiating. After
a trip to Niagara Fails and other
points, the couple will make their home
on the bridegroom's farm in East
