Canada, who gave their lives in North-
west Europe in the summer and
autumn of 1944" and the winter and
spring of 1945 sleep their long 'sleep
in beautiful and carefully tended rest-
ingeplaces, not far from where they
fell, and , in burial plots guarded by
-pine-trees and hardwoods whish adorn
the countryside.
Eight Cemeteries,. four -in Northern
France, one in Belgium, and three in
Holland, remain forever a part . of
Canada. Locations were studied care-
fully.
