So : rldypersuasive, was that gladness ret loose, that in noland
today is -there a face that - does not lighten with a . smile::..
The real joy of Christmas, .is a joy that, is, deep -higher than the merri-
ment of the selfishly frivolous— it is. heaven,, born; and ,sweeps, across .space
and time, melting the, hard, rand warming. the coldest -of :hearts. Lovelights,

to the gobs of the suffering and sighing of .the poor— and a strange., sensa-
