Dear Sir,—The editorial column is one of the first things I read' in The Signal -Star. Quite often I agree with you, but I beg to differ witch a part of the last paragraph in, one of the editorials on March 10th, re the new curriculum, namely : "We submit that it would have been better to place the matter before the ratepayers and ask for their sanetion." There probably will be a few people in town who may object to spending the extra, money that will be required, but 1:'m pretty sure they haven't any children going to school. Coderich is to be congra tula ted in having such public-spirited and pro- gressive citizens on the various school boards, and these members deserve the support and encouragement of every ratepayer in the community for the fine work they are doing.
