Beat slightly with a fork before serving. Makes enough for six: Chicken Cream' Pie Pastry for 1 flaky ple crust Pieces of colli chicken Pieces of dressing 1h eazi mushrooms Gravy anis white sauce; It,takes three cups of a mixture of .'gra .y. a.,fird',white sauce -for one cup ' meat "and one cup dressing. Potty' u' generous,: amount 'of g'r:avy in a casserole. Add 'Meat and dressing with remainder of gravy in layers. (Sprinkle on . mushrooms. Pat the rolled out pastry to (flt over the top of meat. Cut slits in pastry. Bake in a preheated electric oven of 425 degrees 'for twenty-five min- utes. Serve. hot. • String Bean's in Sour 2 tbsps. minced onion 1 tbsp; "dripping 1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. sugar Salt to taste ''Ii.'k cup sour cream 1 tsp. vinegar .,y; • 3 cups cooked beans i/� green pepper ' Brown onion in fat add flour, sugar, salt and cream. Cook, stir- ring until thick. Add vinegar and glieed green pepper. Pour over hot cooked string beans. ,Serves four.
